Job Description
Miscellaneous and Structural Steel Fabrication Shop Administrative Professional Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Must have prior experience in material receiving and data entry. Ability to multi-task and follow-up with deadlines Greets, screens and directs incoming customers and vendors in a professional manner Navigate computer programs with ease and has the ability to learn new systems quickly Understand policies and maintain accurate records required by compliance Types and files various correspondences and other documentation as required Position will have a main focus of checking materials received for each project as well as documenting inventory needed to complete projects. Set up new employee files and handle insurance documents as needed. This position will require a self starter with strong communication, organization and team motivation skills. We need a candidate with data entry, file maintenance and inventory control experience. Bilingual a plus Health, life, dental and vision insurance. PTO after 90 days Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00
