Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a non-profit organization in Euless, Texas through a Contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping records organized, assisting with office projects, and handling clerical work that helps daily operations run smoothly. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy team by managing documentation, preparing materials, and supporting reporting and audit-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files to ensure records are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Assist with small administrative projects by preparing materials, tracking progress, and completing assigned clerical tasks.
  • Assemble and pack informational or event-related materials as needed to support organizational activities.
  • Enter and update data in office systems with accuracy while helping maintain consistent documentation standards.
  • Prepare routine reports and support internal record reviews by gathering information and checking files for completeness.
  • Provide general office support, including document handling, copying, filing, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Use basic computer applications and Microsoft Office tools to save, retrieve, and organize documents efficiently.
