Full Job Description Job Description:
The SRPC Traffic Clerk will operate and maintain the reception control front desk, briefings, and scheduling in support of the reception and in-processing and out processing of Active, Reserve and National Guard component Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Civilian and Contract Personnel. Assist in managing traffic throughout the SRPC. Will maintain DA 200s, SRPC, reports, opening/securing the building and other duties assigned in the Soldier Readiness Processing Center (SRPC).
Requirements:
Provides full service in-and-out processing support for service members, contractors and civilians Provides a control element for S-3/5/7 in-and-out processing activities Oversee the SRPC Reception Control Front Desk, Briefing rooms and Scheduling Desk Conducts mobilization/demobilization briefings for the SRPC Prepares and reviews DA 200's Other duties as required. Will be cross trained in different sections to include: ID Cards AG (DD93) Transition High School education or equivalent Must have proficient computer skills; be able to type 20-30 words per minute. Must be familiar with Microsoft office. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have the ability to accurately compile, sort, and verify data with great attention to detail. Excellent reasoning and problem-solving skills. Must have good interpersonal skills and provide good customer service. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Must be US citizen; be eligible for grant of a Common Access Card; must possess valid driver's license (any state), and must prove clean driving record and current vehicle insurance coverage. As a condition of employment, must have acceptable background check results and pass a pre-employment drug screening. This position may be subject to random drug and/or alcohol testing on an unannounced basis. Working knowledge of Adjutant General functions of the U.S. Army General military knowledge is preferred, but not required.
