Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall productivity. As an integral part of our organization, you will ensure smooth communication, efficient data management, and effective office management to help our team thrive. Duties Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and files using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all records are current and well-organize Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team members and executives Support client communication efforts through email correspondence, phone support, and follow-up activities Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing paperwork, and preparing reports with attention to detail Assist the operations manager with different daily task as needed Requirements Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook Excellent computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new technical tools and software Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy in data entry and documentation Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us in a role that empowers you to make a meaningful impact through excellent administrative support! Pay:
