Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our Galveston team. Responsibilities Perform data entry accurately and maintain up-to-date records in spreadsheets and other productivity software. Coordinate calendar management — scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls efficiently and without conflicts. Prepare correspondence with close attention to detail. Prepare word processing documents, spreadsheets, and reports that meet high standards of accuracy and clarity. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client, financial, and personnel information. Assist with [billing / invoicing / expense tracking / travel arrangements] as needed. Take on additional projects and administrative support as priorities shift. Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office — particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including solid grammar and proofreading ability. Demonstrated accuracy with data entry and recordkeeping. Professional, courteous demeanor with clients, visitors, and colleagues. Discretion in handling confidential information. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation to our Galveston office.
Pay:
$72,000.00 per year
