Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive contract Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to team members and leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointmentsAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondencePrepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheetsMaintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic recordsOrder office supplies and manage inventory as neededAssist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database updatesCoordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reportsGreet visitors and provide professional front-desk support when neededSupport internal teams with special projects and administrative tasksHelp ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
