ABOUT THE ROLE
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the various departments they support. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners. Maintain accurate records, files and documentation (digital and physical). Ensure team member kitchen and shared spaces are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained. Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain office equipment. Obtain, open, and distribute mail to appropriate departments and employees. Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping as needed. Prepare, edit and distribute correspondence, reports and presentations. Coordinate office events and meetings. Complete special projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams. They are proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering excellent service to both internal and external partners.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
Strong foundational skills in math and English at a high school diploma or GED level are required; an associate's degree in office management or related field is preferred. Professional phone etiquette with the ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused demeanor under pressure and competing demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience in electronic and physical filing relating to documents, certificates, and forms. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members, job applicants, vendors, and external business partners. Experience supporting senior leaders and/or cross-functional teams. Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
