Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing outstanding administrative support. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and possess exceptional communication skills. This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and directing callers to the appropriate contacts.
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers to address inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general office tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach while adhering to the business casual dress code.
  • Ensure that all customer and vendor needs are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
  • Support team members with additional administrative duties as required.
