Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing accurate information and directing callers to the appropriate contacts.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers to address inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general office tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach while adhering to the business casual dress code.
- Ensure that all customer and vendor needs are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
- Support team members with additional administrative duties as required.
