TX ABOUT THE
ROLEThe Administrative Assistant will be responsible for keeping the remote field office running smoothly by handling administrative, assistance with recruiting, and act as an employee liaison for all employees working on the project.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Will serve as the main point of contact for all employees and customers.
  • Regularly meet with department managers to discuss updates and changes within the project.
  • Assist with recruitment needs for all onsite positions. 
  • Work closely with project managers in a fast-paced construction environment where priorities and staffing needs may change frequently. 
  • Ensure all administrative and recruiting activities are completed with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through. 
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Strong communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal required. Ability to create regular reports with analyses and recommendations for problem resolution. Support the recruitment and hiring process for project-based construction positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates. Assist with employee transfers, relocations, start dates, and other staffing-related administrative processes. Regularly present to employees that attend new hire orientation what to expect from the Employee Liaison. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Work Experience:
At least 1 year of Administrative or Employee Liaison experience.
Additional Requirements:
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Google Suites, Microsoft Word, and Excel Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, employees, supervisors, and project management.
