Job Summary :
NAES is seeking a Site Administrator to support commissioning activities for a large-scale power generation project in Texas. The contract is expected to last for 12 months (One year). This position provides administrative support to the commissioning team by coordinating project documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and assisting with daily site operations. The Site Administrator will work closely with project leadership, commissioning personnel, engineering, construction, and client representatives to help ensure efficient project execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the commissioning and project management teams. Maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and project records. Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and site logistics as needed. Assist with onboarding documentation, training records, timekeeping, and project reporting. Support document control activities and distribute project information to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate project files while ensuring confidentiality and organization of project records.
Job Requirements :
Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment. Previous experience supporting construction, commissioning, or industrial project teams is preferred. Education /
