To see a typical work day, office environment, and an overview of the job duties required for this position, please watch our PINNED "We're Hiring" Video on tiktok @modernpinkpaper Hello everyone, I am looking to hire an Entry Level Print File Setup Specialist and Printer for a personalized stationery company.
Details are as follows:
$15 per hour, 40 hours a week, Mon
  • Fri, 8:00am
  • 4pm (with 30 min paid break). November
End of December:
weekend hours are required. Overtime Eligible Training will be provided
RESPONSIBILITIES
for
Printing Assistant:
Efficiently manage printing tasks, ensuring progression in speed and productivity. Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of printing
  • ink color, alignment, quality, and order accuracy.
Execute design adjustments and order verifications based on provided examples and customer notes. Proactively address and resolve printing errors, and implement solutions to avoid future issues. Packaging orders to prepare for shipment Actively communicate with the team about order changes, progress, and any noticed errors. Show initiative by taking on additional responsibilities and seeking solutions to challenges. Meeting your daily Print Log numbers to ensure productivity expectations are met.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be willing and able to devote 40 hours per week to this role (in addition to some weekend days during Christmas season
  • overtime eligible) Be reliable and come to work on time
  • You are part of the production team so no exceptions!
This is a 40 hour a week position, so if you cannot commit, do not apply. Must have excellent communication skills Detail oriented is a MUST since you will be working on fulfilling customers personalized orders. Must be able to keep up and work fast paced, we have a deadline and print # goals everyday and you must be able to keep up. Must have entry level computer and printing skills Some Adobe Suite design experience is a PLUS but not necessary. Looking for someone who wants to grow within a company
