Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Associate to join our team. This vital role involves supporting quality management processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring seamless administrative operations across various departments. Duties Manage and maintain document management systems, including electronic platforms like Quick books, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible. Perform data entry tasks with precision, verifying information for accuracy and consistency across multiple databases Assist in filing, scanning, proofreading, and archiving documents to uphold organizational standards and compliance requirements Facilitate records management by organizing physical and digital files, ensuring proper classification and retrieval processes. Support internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and conducting preliminary reviews of records. Experience Proven administrative experience with a strong focus on document management systems. Familiarity with quality management standards including ISO 13485 and
ISO 9001
is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in data management, data entry, proofreading, and recordkeeping with exceptional attention to detail Experience working with ERP systems or other enterprise resource planning software is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in technical writing or supporting quality assurance processes is advantageous Knowledge of filing procedures, document control practices, and records management best practices Join us as a Clerical Associate and become an essential part of our mission to uphold the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.
