WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be the operational partner to an Area Manager, helping keep a busy territory organized and running smoothly. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer communications and project updates
- Scheduling appointments and supporting daily operations
- Following up on proposals and renewals
- Maintaining customer information and records
- Processing payments and administrative paperwork
- Supporting inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination
- Helping Area Managers stay organized and focused on growing the business The role works closely with customers, contractors, crew leaders, customer service teams, finance, and regional leadership.
