Yesterday Job Description 2026-2027•Maintenance Department Secretary•Qualifications include high school diploma or GED and three years of clerical experience. Responsibilities include preparing and recording orders for merchandise or service, and assisting in the purchase and maintenance of department related parts and supply warehouse inventory. Must be skilled in the use of computers to develop spreadsheets, databases and word processing and have knowledge of general bookkeeping. Must be able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and be able to communicate effectively. Position is based on 260 days. Pay ranges from $20.60•$25.28 per hour and is based on experience.
