Job Description

RECEIVING COORDINATOR HOURLY POSITION
$17.02/HR Day Shift - Must be flexible to work hours based on business needs including weekends and holidays (Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds)
PURPOSE :
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Receiving Coordinator is responsible for accepting and receiving into the Red Rock system all deliveries, while inspecting them for accuracy, quality control and ensuring timely delivery to the correct department/storage location.
SUPERVISORY SCOPE
: This position directly supervises:
N/A ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
: Verifies and inspects all deliveries for accuracy. Inspects and verifies that weight, quality, quantity, and freshness of each item delivered to ensure it conforms to the order as placed on the related purchase requisition. Communicates order discrepancies to supervisor/manager in a timely manner. Assures that all food is labeled after being received for proper food rotation and to meet sanitation/health standards. Keep and store shellfish tags as required by applicable sanitation regulations. Assists in the tracking of all orders to ensure all expected deliveries are received. Puts away inventory deliveries into the appropriate storage areas such as walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, or dry storage locations outside the Main Kitchen, Café Itto Si, Timbers, TDR, Special Events, etc. following the sanitation/health codes and rules. Routes all other deliveries to the correct department or non-food Warehouse Inventory, as appropriate. Assists with maintaining par levels of non-food inventory items. Assists the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager in processing daily receiving in the Red Rock system and delivering paperwork to Accounts Payable daily. Practice safety standards and report any unsafe working conditions to supervisor or manager immediately. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
:
Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or GED. Possess and maintain a valid drivers' license.
Skills and Abilities :
Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to multi-task. Ability to meet deadlines. Work well alone with limited supervision. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills - displaying positivity and professionalism. Display integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, maintenance manuals, policies, and procedures. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and the ability to calculate percentages.
PREFERRED
:
Education and Experience :
One (1) year in purchasing and receiving environment. ServSafe Certification.
REQUIRED TRAINING
: New Team Member Orientation Team Member Policy Handbook Department Policy Handbook Guest Service Standards Any position related training deemed necessary by Department Manager ServSafe Sanitation
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
: Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. Must comply with all Naskila Gaming Policies. Must successfully complete an Introductory Period. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner. Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations. Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies. Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Gaming, if applicable. Practice good personal hygiene. Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
