Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a supportive environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs while working within a collaborative and innovative care setting. We have both full and part-time positions available. Responsibilities Implement personalized care plans tailored to each participant's unique needs. Oversee medication administration processes. Collaborate with families, to enhance support and facilitate transitions between home and community care settings. Requirements Proven experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Strong supervisory skills. Effective communication skills. Driver's License and transportation

From $18.00 per hour
