We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Dealership Staff. As a member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Assist with vehicle inventory management
- Conduct vehicle inspections and document any damages or issues
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a dealership or customer service role is preferred but not required
