Our client, a leading organization in environmental health and safety, is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join their team. As an Office Clerk, you will be an integral part of the Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) department, supporting the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with departmental processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job? Collect and maintain data accurately and efficiently Enter data into computer systems and databases in a timely manner Assist in preparing data for reports, charts, and presentation materials Provide general clerical and administrative support to the EHS department Support the EHS Management System, including training administration and document/record control What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant certification is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluency in English Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability What's in it for me?
