Administrative Assistant- Commercial Property Management Houston - 4.7 Missouri City, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Filing Commercial real estate clients Full Job Description Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries by phone, email, and in person; route issues to the appropriate property manager or vendor and follow through to resolution. Maintain organized lease files, certificates of insurance, vendor agreements, W-9s, and compliance documentation; track expirations and request renewals proactively. Draft, translate, and distribute tenant notices, memos, and building communications in English and Spanish. Coordinate vendor scheduling and site access for maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and construction contractors. Prepare monthly reporting packages, meeting materials, and owner correspondence as directed. Maintain office supplies, keys and access credentials, and building contact rosters. Assist with special projects, including capital project tracking and emergency-preparedness communications. High school diploma or equivalent Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, including business writing in both languages. 6 Months to 1 year of administrative, front-desk, or customer service experience; commercial real estate, property management, or construction industry experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning property management software. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information with discretion. Professional, service-oriented demeanor under pressure.
