Job Description

World Indigenous Missions is a non-profit organization that sends long-term, partner-funded global missionaries who disciple the nations to reach the world with the good news of Jesus.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Donation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our organization's donations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our donation records. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. As a non-profit organization, a high value for our mission is important for all team members as we work toward a shared goal. WIM is open Monday through Thursday. The position is in-office approximately 15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor and Donation Management:
Process and post donations from various sources (mail, online), maintain the donor database, and generate and mail donor receipt letters and correspondence.
Administrative Support:
Answer multi-line telephone system, greet visitors, assist with bulk mailings, and proofread missionary and organization documents.
Qualifications:
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Experience with donor management software (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
