Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organized office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as assisting in daily job operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The Office assistant will support various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations across departments, including customer service, data entry, and appointment scheduling. Experience with office software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Duties Providing exceptional customer service Manage phone system, directing calls text from work phone appropriately and taking detailed messages Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing supplies, and assisting with clerical duties Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Performing camera video review. Helping assist in making drivers route schedules Assist with administrative projects including typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Experience Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Proven experience using multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service expertise Ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a busy office environment This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a professional team dedicated to providing outstanding service.
