Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk /Billing team member with expertise in medical clinic Front office and Billing processes. Based in North Richland Hills Texas, this onsite role will focus on revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in front desk, billing, claims, and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, billing, claims processing, collections, and accounts receivable. Ensure that credentialing for providers are up to date. Ensure accurate and timely claims submission to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, collections, denial rates, and AR days. Identify and assist in implement improvements to reduce denials and streamline revenue cycle workflows. Assist in developing strategies to enhance cash flow and billing efficiency. Revenue cycle team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate patient data. Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in revenue cycle processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience. Proven ability to supervise and lead a revenue cycle team in a multi-specialty medical group or similar environment. Strong understanding of billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and collections. Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid). Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Analytical skills for interpreting financial data and improving revenue cycle processes. Ability to work onsite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CMRS, CPC, or equivalent). Experience supervising revenue cycle processes across multiple specialties. Experience in orthopedics would be a plus.
