POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the department in the clerical aspects of preparation for patient meal service through accurate menu processing and assisting patients with menu selection. Ensures the competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments. Must meet established daily deadlines with accuracy and quality performance. Ensures the efficient and timely performance of specific related duties and complies with University Health System and Food Service Department policies and procedures. Maintains good guest and working relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent experience required. One year of work-related experience or comparable college or commercial school courses is required. The ability to read, write and speak English and do simple arithmetic is required.
