Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls efficiently Process money transfer transactions accurately using secure systems and procedures Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Strong typing skills and computer literacy for data entry and document processing Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence Bilingual abilities are required to serve diverse client needs Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist, personal assistant, or in bookkeeping is advantageous Knowledge of office equipment such as scanners, and printers is beneficial Join us to become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting our office's daily operations.
