Job Description

On Fridays the office will close at 2:00PM and staff leaves at that time if patient care is completed. ```Duties``` Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Verify Insurance
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
  • Assist with special projects as assigned ```Qualifications```
  • Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using phone systems and office management software
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent file management and organizational skills
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
