Personal Assistant

Job Summary I'm looking for a kind, thoughtful, and smart personal assistant to support me with day-to-day personal tasks, with occasional help on light business tasks for my early-stage project, Zia's Place—a neurodivergent oasis. This role is mostly about personal support: scheduling, errands, meal prep, tidying, etc. Some small dog related tasks like cleaning accidents and happy pets. It's perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, embraces weirdness, and thrives in gentle, affirming environments. :

D Location & Schedule Pflugerville, Texas 9 hours/week (3 hours/day, 3x/week) Mostly in-person Start ASAP Pay $18-23/hour depending on fit, experience and skill set Contractor position

Tasks You'll Be Doing Admin and Communication:

Helping gather and summarize online information when I need help choosing something Make phone calls (e.g., doctors, services, businesses) Write and reply to emails Schedule appointments (medical, personal, business) Create/edit Google Docs or spreadsheets Errands & Logistics Pick up medications Grocery shopping or returns Drop off or pick up packages At home help: Light tidying (wiping counters, picking up) Meal prepping Help clean up after my dog, Telomere Personal & Emotional Support Be stimming
