We service & repair RV units. Knowledge in this industry is a huge plus & would be very helpful. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, and assisting with customer inquiries. This position requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with office management duties including organizing files and maintaining office supplies. Support customer inquiries by providing information and resolving issues promptly. Proofread documents for clarity and correctness before distribution. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency. Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed. Experience Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry is advantageous. Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus but not mandatory. Pay rate will start at $12.00 for the first week, to get a better handle on the insight and experience you bring to the table. Raises will be weekly & based on capabilities. Work week full time is Monday thru Friday (9-5) & Saturday (10-2). (This is a fast-paced environment - all accepted applicants will be on a 2-week trial basis) Join our team today and contribute to creating an efficient and welcoming office environment!
