full-time V4 Visas Passport Photo & Notary Services is seeking a reliable, professional, and tech-savvy Office Assistant to join our growing team in Plano, TX. This role provides direct customer service, handles office administration, and manages document processing tasks. Training will be provided.

Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in clients with passport photos, document notary, and visa/consular application intake. Provide high-level customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Operate computer systems, administrative dashboards, and basic photo processing software. Maintain organized physical document files, mail handling, and daily office workflows. Required Qualifications Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. High level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dependability. Comfortable working face-to-face with the public and handling sensitive personal documents. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working at an Embassy, Consulate, or 3rd-party processing provider (e.g., VFS Global, BLS, CIBT, or similar). Active Texas Notary Public commission (V4 will provide notary registration support and hands-on training for the right candidate). Fluency in a secondary language (such as Hindi, Gujarati, or Spanish). Intermediate digital photography skills or familiarity with basic camera operations.
