To Apply for this Job Click Here Office Administrator/ Administrative Assistant The Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring an organized, efficient, and professional work environment. This role supports employees, visitors, and management by coordinating office services, maintaining records, and managing administrative processes. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees. (uses a badge system) Maintain office supplies inventory, stocking fridge and ordering lunches for meetings. Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Occasionally prepares reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience 2-5 years of administrative, office management, or coordinator experience preferred. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
