Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth office management. Your energetic approach will help create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting daily office functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, bilingual (preferred), and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them to appropriate staff or departments Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and route calls promptly with professional phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and updating databases such as QuickBooks or other office management software Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using calendar management tools Support office operations by performing clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while supporting clients' needs in person or over the phone Skills Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Familiarity with front desk procedures in medical or dental settings is advantageous Knowledge of clerical practices including phone etiquette, time management, and customer support techniques Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
