Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive thinking, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, and answering phones. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts. Coordinate travel arrangements and organize special events as needed. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on commitments. Support expense reporting, purchasing, and invoice processing. What's Needed? Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.
