Spell Well Montessori School is looking for an experienced and friendly School Front Office Helper to join our team in Spring, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity for a organized, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and loves making a positive impact every day.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries Manage student attendance records, tardy logs, and early dismissal documentation Support administrative staff with data entry, filing, and general clerical duties Coordinate communication between school staff, parents, and administration Handle student check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with school policies Assist with scheduling appointments and managing front office supplies and inventoryRequirements:
Prior experience in a school front office or similar administrative support role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy office environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language Proficiency with basic office software including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion Warm, patient, and professional demeanor when interacting with students and families Must pass a background check in accordance with school and district requirementsAbout Us:
