Job Summary The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the various branches and departments. This position requires a strong focus on relationship management, administrative tasks and communication to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess detail-oriented skillset with experience in coordinating teams and managing people effectively. This person will be exposed to many areas of the business quickly and will have the opportunity to move into other management roles if they choose. Duties
  • Answering service calls and relating pertinent information to the service managers
  • Helping to organize the overall workflow of the department
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery and client progress.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure Proserv is providing first class service
  • Handle customers' concerns in a quick, efficient and friendly manner
  • Work closely with other departments and branches
  • Escalate problems to the manager when necessary
  • Work with managers and technicians to make sure paperwork, hours and receipts are entered daily
  • Ensure safety guidelines are being followed
  • Coordinate jobs and personnel across our service centers
  • Specific duties o Answer service calls o Create sales orders/jobs o Coordinate and dispatch technicians o Work up service jobs ensuring all costs have been captured and the customer is being billed correctly o Have the knowledge to research parts for service and inspection tickets o Order parts and issue POs to vendors o Order equipment and call it off when it is no longer needed Qualifications
  • Associates degree, Bachelors preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks within a service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independent initiative.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
