Typing Editing Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, performing data entry, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in typing and using, email correspondence and have experience in calendar management.Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and handling mails
- Quoting online, represent to the customers, email and telephonic correspondence with the customers
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic files
- Assist with organizing meetings and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an insurance office or office assistant role is preferred
- Proficiency in typing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
