40 hours/week (Mon-Fri, overtime available) About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Administrator to support a major energy project located in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with a dynamic and international team. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager in establishing site purchasing processes Coordinate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships Handle procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier follow-ups Manage site logistics: accommodation, transportation, and travel arrangements Oversee office operations, utilities, and site facilities Administer local contracts (rentals, cleaning, services, etc.) Ensure compliance with company policies and EHS requirements Maintain reporting, documentation, and database management Provide administrative and operational support to the site team Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Site/Project Administrator) Experience in energy, construction, or industrial projects preferred Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Experience with procurement, logistics, and site operations Preferred Profile Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience working with suppliers and contracts Candidates based in Texas are preferred

Pay:

$15.00 - $36.05 per hour
