Personal Assistant

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help support our busy showroom and office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with invoices and general office paperwork Filing and maintaining organized records Answering phones and taking customer messages Helping keep the showroom clean, tidy, and presentation-ready before and after appointments Assisting with various day-to-day office and showroom tasks Supporting the team with both administrative and physical tasks as needed

Detail-oriented and highly organized Professional communication skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Willingness to help with physical work when needed Business casual appearance and professional demeanor required

Self-motivated Team player Comfortable interacting with customers Able to take initiative and follow through on tasks Experience in an office, showroom, retail, or customer service environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
