Room Attendant

Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the hotel. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to meet guest needs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly. Handle janitorial tasks involving industrial cleaning equipment and techniques to uphold hygiene standards across all hotel spaces. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with health regulations to protect both guests and staff. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans of rooms or facilities as scheduled or requested by management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and hospitality excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hotels or similar environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale cleaning operations. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in all cleaning tasks. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and reporting issues effectively. Prior hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable.
