Pay Scale:
Administrative Business 1Primary Purpose:
Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and coordinate day-to-day Bond Office operations. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Bond Manager in the coordination and day-to-day operations of the district's bond program. Assist with organizing documentation, tracking projects, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient office operations related to bond-funded projects. Work under general supervision while handling confidential information and serving as a liaison between the Bond Manager and all levels of district staff, outside agencies, and the public.Qualification Guidelines:
Education/Certifications:
High School diploma or GED Two years of college coursework in business related subjects or equivalent work experience (preferred)Experience:
One-year experience working to support school district bond initiatives Three years of related work experience preferably in a school district environmentSpecial Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Supports the district's mission, goals and bond program initiatives Demonstrates high level of professionalism and strong customer service Excels at keyboarding, word processing, file maintenance and presentation skills Proficient in PowerSchool ERP (eFinance), including requisition entry, budget tracking, and reporting Familiar with Let's Talk for community communication and issue resolution tracking Knowledge of school district organization, operations, and administrative policies Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills Ability to use personal computer and software for spreadsheets, databases, and word processing Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlinesSupervisory Responsibilities:
