Primary Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant duties include but are not limited to, answering customer calls, scheduling, filing, special projects, reception and general office duties as assigned.
Specific duties:
Call customers to schedule and confirm their appointments Answer customer calls and provide them with information Pull from and file to paper filing system. Provide customer service to customer who come to office Scanning, emailing, and faxing documents Other related duties as assigned Adherence to the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism in discharge of all responsibilities
Requirements:
A hard working and motivated individual who can work well within a team. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of general office functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer literate, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to multi-task. Must have good organization skills.
Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma.
Experience:
One year related office experienced preferred.
ADA Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, see to operate computer equipment, and give verbal instruction regarding employee policies, procedures during training. May lift up to 25 lbs.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
