Job Description

Support that makes a difference. We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help keep our department running smoothly. In this role, you'll provide essential support to management and team members, handle a variety of office tasks, and help maintain efficient operations.
What You'll Do:
Carry out instructions and assist with daily administrative tasks Stay up to date on company policies and answer internal and external questions confidently Perform general office duties including mail handling, filing, phone support, data entry, copying, scheduling, and travel arrangements Maintain departmental records, files, and paperwork Research and compile reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Handle confidential information with care and discretion Provide backup support and training within the department as needed Build and maintain positive working relationships Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Maintain regular and predictable attendance
What You Bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
Your Background:
High school diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily desk-based work with computer use Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
