Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required. Essential functions and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: Insure the accuracy of customer field tickets; sort, price, etc. Maintain equipment transfers. Update Excel schedules to reflect equipment usage and transfers. Prepare various Excel weekly reports for distribution. Assist with preparing maintenance work orders and inspections. Assist with answering phones. Additional responsibilities as assigned. 40 hours - minimal overtime
