Job Description:
B.O.S.S. Retirement Solutions and Advisors is seeking a full-time Office Administrative Support & Floater to join our dynamic financial services team. This role is responsible for providing front-desk support, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional client service. The position also includes rotating office coverage across our 7 locations along the Wasatch Front , filling in for Office Managers during planned and unplanned absences. This is a key role that helps ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering phones, routing calls, and greeting visitors Maintain a professional and organized front office environment Provide administrative support including appointment scheduling, document scanning, filing, and data entry Travel to various office locations to provide Office Manager support during absences Follow company procedures and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused culture across all office environments Additional projects and tasks as needed•
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred Prior office management or administrative experience is required, preferably in a professional setting Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading Demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasking efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Multi line phone system experience Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily to any of the 7 office locations along the Wasatch Front from Ogden to Provo This role offers an engaging environment for individuals eager to develop their administrative expertise while supporting a dynamic team dedicated to client success.
