This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, happy and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Assist with scheduling, calendars, meetings, and team coordination Organize office supplies, inventory, and general office upkeep Run occasional business-related errands and support operational needs Help maintain organized records, documents, and company systems Support onboarding, internal communication, and team logistics Assist leadership and team members with administrative support as needed Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments professionally Help improve organization and efficiency across the office Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong organizational and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office preferred Previous administrative or office experience is a plus Preferred Traits Dependable and punctual In-person role Strong sense of ownership and accountability Team-oriented with a proactive mindset Comfortable adapting to changing priorities Eager to learn and grow within the company Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Health, dental, and vision benefits available Paid time off and company holidays Collaborative and team-focused work environme
