Work Schedule:
Monday 8 AM
  • 5 PMTuesday 7 AM
  • 4 PMWednesday 7 AM

  • 5 PMJob DescriptionOur dental front office associates are the heart of our practice
  • they are the first and last impressions to be made on our patients.
Our front office team plays an essential role in helping the operations of the office run smoothly and delivering best in class patient care.

QualificationsDental office experienced 1
  • 2 years requiredPrior experience with Open Dental highly preferredKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain productive schedules for our doctors and hygienistsVerify insurance coverage and fee schedules while completing full insurance breakdowns for patientsComplete pre-authorizations and referrals as appropriate for patients; gather all necessary information for claim processingCoordinate financial agreements and consent forms for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatmentAssist patients with understanding their treatment plan and increase dental case acceptanceMaintain patient records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy PracticesEnsure efficient office operations, including distribution/response to mail, scheduling, answering and returning of phone calls, responding to patient billing inquiries, and direction of workflow as necessaryBy joining our team, you will have:3 weeks PTO & 8 Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveMedical/Vision/Dental Benefits401k

Working Environment & Physical Requirements:
This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, leaning, and bending. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
