Are you a detail-oriented, personable professional who enjoys helping people? Our busy chiropractic and medical office is looking for a Checkout Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will be a key point of contact for patients, providing them with a warm, friendly experience and ensuring the checkout process runs smoothly and accurately.
Hours:
You must be available to work Mondays 12:30-6:15pm, Tuesdays 12:00-4:45pm, Wednesdays 12:00-6:15pm, Thursdays 7:15-4:45pm and Fridays 8:15-6:15pm. How to

Job Summary:
As the Checkout Specialist, you will be the final point of contact for patients before they leave the office. Your main responsibilities include processing payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, entering data into our systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. We're seeking someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients as they check out, ensuring a positive experience. Collect payments, process transactions, and provide receipts as needed. Enter patient services and charges accurately into the system. Reschedule follow-up appointments and manage the office schedule. Answer patient questions regarding charges, appointments, and other checkout procedures. Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system. Collaborate with the office team to maintain smooth operations. Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verifications preferred. Ability to work well in a team environment.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
