We are currently accepting applications for a Program Administrator to work in-office at our Technology Campus in Midvale, UT.
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate the Enterprise Knowledge Base (EKB) Governance Forum, document decisions and drive alignment with the EKB roadmap and strategic objectives. Serve as primary liaison between business teams, content owners, developers, and stakeholders to support onboarding requirements gathering, and implement new knowledge base sites and solutions. Manage the enterprise knowledge management framework, including governance, information architecture, taxonomy, metadata standards, content quality, and compliance with organizational policies. Establish and maintain EKB standards, style guides, best practices, and user experience (UX) guidelines to ensure consistent, effective, and user-centered content delivery. Provide consultation, training, and support to content authors, site owners, and administrators on knowledge management processes, content publishing, site configuration, workflows, and platform capabilities. Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, videos, and learning resources, while coordinating end-user training initiatives with Learning & Development and instructional design teams. Oversee enterprise taxonomy and metadata management, ensuring consistent, scalability, and alignment across departments and knowledge repositories. Monitor knowledge management trends, technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Analyze knowledge base performance metrics, user feedback, search effectiveness, and content usage data to provide actionable recommendations that improve content quality, findability, and user engagement. Coordinate and manage EKB enhancement initiatives, development projects, customer page layouts, reporting solutions, and analytics programs. Administer EKB permission, site owner groups, and governance controls to maintain security, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's and some experience with coordinating, implementing, and tracking projects, programs, and initiatives or other directly related experience. Some project management experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Basic knowledge of program and project management, creation, coordination, and implementation programs. Ability to promote programs. Good presentation, marketing, and networking skills. A solid understanding of and ability to present return on programs. Good research, analysis, organizational, and reporting skills. Ability to influence managers and employees. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across a variety of audiences. Ability to accurately document and maintain pertinent information. Must be highly motivated and a self-starter. Ability to lead projects. Proficient in various Microsoft applications.

Pay Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
