We're looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Leasing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, staying organized, and being a key support partner in a fast‑paced office environment. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant will focus exclusively on administrative tasks—supporting the Leasing team with daily office functions such as filing, document management, and phone support. While prior experience as a Leasing Consultant (LC) is a plus, this role is strictly administrative and does not involve leasing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and well‑organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
Assist with document preparation, tracking, and record keeping
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Support the Leasing team with general administrative tasks as needed
Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and easily accessible
Help keep the office organized and running efficiently What We're Looking For Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable answering phones and handling routine office communication
Ability to manage paperwork and documentation efficiently
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
