IPB Ogden Facility Position Summary The Office Administrative Aide serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional front desk support while assisting with daily administrative tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized office environment, supporting internal teams, and ensuring efficient handling of documentation and supplies. Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- File, organize, scan, and maintain physical and electronic records
- Order and maintain office supplies and track inventory levels
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (copying, document preparation, etc.)
- Support internal teams with clerical and coordination tasks
Qualifications Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset Working Conditions Office setting with regular interaction with staff, visitors, and vendors.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:
