This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing daily front office operations while working hand in hand with the front desk team.
Job Type:
Full-Time (30-35 hours per week)
Schedule:
4-5 days per week Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Hours may vary Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet patients and families; check patients in and out Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Present treatment plans and discuss scheduling options Maintain accurate patient records and office flow Support a positive, team-oriented, patient-first environment
Qualifications:
