Job Description

Bell 25, "Jeremy Store" is a daily destination for people on the go. They stop for fuel, snacks, fast food, and friendly greetings. Our Office Clerk must possess a curiosity and eagerness to solve the daily accounting of business needs, develop and foster long-term, trusting relationships, and share a friendly smile that stays with others throughout the day. To ensure your success, you will be supported with a training program and great staff to help you achieve great results. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, detail orientation and to build on your natural talents and strengths in a high-energy environment. Tasks The Office Clerk reconciles and balances monthly reports & prepares monthly journal entries for general ledger. It includes computer data entry and works as clerical support for the needs of the store. Prior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer systems is important for this position. Accuracy and speed on a 10 key adding machine is also important. This is a part-time office position with great flexibility. Located just off of I-80 at Jeremy Ranch (Phillips 66), near Park City, UT. Duties include, but are not limited to: Data Entry Reconciling accounts receivable Tracking inventories Banking Store product pricing/margins Process bi-weekly payroll Update Excel Spreadsheets Other HR duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Spreadsheet software 10 key adding machine Computer data-entry and use Cognitive skills Accounting Knowledge Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology. English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
